Leslie is the founder and director of TDR. Leslie was a trustee with Basset Hound Rescue of Georgia. Through her BHRG connections, she was always contacted about dachshunds because they knew she was a sucker for doxies. She personally rescued dachshunds and placed them herself. When she moved from Georgia to Tennessee, she decided it was time to take her personal rescues a step further and Tennessee Dachshund Rescue was born!
Ashley is one of the main adoption coordinators. She processes adoption applications, helps with social media, design, and anything else Leslie throws her way.
Dawn is our main foster coordinator. She processes foster and adoption applications, helps with intakes, transports, events, adoptions, and fosters.
Kim is one of the main adoption coordinators. She processes adoption applications, helps with surrenders, fosters, and adoptions.
Anne Marie is not only a trustee, but one of our longest running fosters & volunteers. She helps with transports, vet visits, events, fostering, and adoptions. She also makes amazing dachshund harnesses check them out at winnywear.net
