Duke is a handsome 9.5-lb little snuggle bug who is just discovering the joy of toys. He’d love another pup or a human who’s home often to keep him company. He enjoys exploring the yard, but windy days aren’t his favorite... as a little dude he’s worried he might take flight! His potty training is a work in progress. He’s doing well with potty pads and will also go outside during his yard adventures. He’ll cruise around the yard on a leash, though his walking-the-neighborhood skills are still to be determined.
Duke is full of adorable contradictions: he’ll happily curl up on your chest or shoulder, for a snuggle. But when it comes to putting on a warm snuggly sweater or taking them off, he’s not much of a fashionista and politely says “no thanks.” No aggression, just a slippery, wet-bar-of-soap escape act that usually takes two people.
Duke loves everyone he meets, rides like a champ in the car, and is truly a little gem with a big personality.
