Avalon came from a hoarding situation and is quite scared of the world. She needs a home that can be patient and understanding of her fear and ok with giving her time to get comfortable. She is very prone to trying to run away and climb chain link fences. A privacy fence is preferred. She may bite out of fear if approached too quickly and before she is ready, so no young children in the home for her. Once she opens up he is a sweet and playful pup. We would love a home that is willing to actively work on socialization and building confidence. It will be a slow process, but we know Avalon is just waiting for the proper love and structure to really shine.
