Button is 6 years old, 13 pounds , and firmly believes personal space is a myth. If you sit, she sits. If you lie down, she’s already on your pillow. Basically, if you’ve got a lap, it’s hers now.
She’s sweet, spunky, and plays fetch like it’s an Olympic sport. Tug-of-war? Don’t challenge her unless you’re ready to lose. She’s pad trained , though she’s still side-eyeing this whole “going outside” thing—especially when the other dogs do it.
Button is also fluent in Dachshund Drama. She loves to chat, so apartments and shared walls are out because of her commentary. She’s nosey, loyal, and just a little extra (in the best way).
Bedtime routine? She’s either under the covers glued to your back or stealing your pillow. She takes a minute to decide if you’re cool enough, but once you pass her vibe check, congrats—you’ve got yourself a pint-sized shadow.
She’s Good with other dogs , but maybe not a senior dog because she wants to play ALL the time. She has Great recall (for a weenie) and she Loves everyone from grandparents to older kids.
