Welcome Scrappy to the rescue!
He is a regal fellow about 10yrs old, and 20lbs, perhaps a Beagle Doxie mix. He sadly found himself living on the streets being kept in a cage in a tent. The homeless woman that had him was very kind and wanted the best for Scrappy, she happily surrendered him to the rescue, knowing he would get a great home.
Scrappy has quickly warmed up to the good life and knows he deserves the best in his older years. He is happy sleeping at the foot of the bed, or being bear hugged while he lightly snores, but he wants to be close to his person and know he is loved. He is sweet and nudges your hand for extra pets. He surprisingly seems pretty well potty trained, after a few nervous accidents while he adjusted to his new situation.
